GoToJail is firmly opposed to commercial "mugshot extortion" or public shaming. To protect personal privacy, GoToJail enforces a strict Zero Personal Identifying Information (Zero-PII) standard across all published cards:

• ALL Personal Names Are Stripped: First names, middle names, and surnames are strictly excised from all public-facing cards, articles, and audio dramatizations.
• ALL Identifying Contact & Residential Data Is Excluded: Addresses, social security numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, and driver's license numbers are never displayed or stored for public consumption.
• Creative Monikers Only: Entries feature fictional descriptive monikers or neutral "Anonymous Booking" designations focused on creative commentary.
• Macro Trends, Not Private Individuals: Our analytical tools highlight regional charge ratios and general custody patterns rather than individual personal dossiers.
