1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GoToJail ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of go-to-jail.com, including all digital publications, audio features, member areas, and related services.

By accessing our website or purchasing an Annual Member Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue your use of the site immediately.

2. Fictional & Entertainment Nature of Content

All content on this website, while inspired by real people and real events, is in all of its entirety a fiction intended strictly as entertainment.

GoToJail is a creative, satirical, and editorial publication platform. The character representations, summarized narratives, monikers, stylized caricatures, and voiced audio readings are creative works of dramatization and parody. They do not constitute factual assertions, official public records, or legal declarations.

Any resemblance between the dramatized narratives or fictional monikers on this site and actual persons, living or deceased, is intended solely in the context of creative parody, satirical commentary, and artistic expression.

3. Total Absence of Personal Identifying Information

To protect individual privacy and prevent real-world harassment, GoToJail enforces an absolute Zero Personal Identifying Information (Zero-PII) policy across all cards and publications:

• ALL Personal Names Are Stripped: No real first names, middle names, or surnames appear on our publication cards or articles.
• No Identifying Contact or Residential Data: Addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, social security numbers, and state ID numbers are never published or retained.
• Use of Anonymous Monikers: Entries feature creative monikers or neutral "Anonymous Booking" badges rather than personal identities.
• Commercial Exploitation Ban: GoToJail does not compile, market, or sell individual personal rosters or dossiers.

4. Independent Media • Zero Government Agency Affiliation

GoToJail is an independent, privately owned and operated entertainment and media platform.

GoToJail has ZERO affiliation, connection, endorsement, or sponsorship with any government agency, law enforcement department, municipal body, sheriff's office, court system, or jail facility.

References to shorthand category codes such as "PCSO" or "HCSO" are utilized exclusively as fictional and geographic territory descriptors within our creative works. They do not represent official government dockets, court notices, or agency communications.

5. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Notice

GoToJail is NOT a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. ("FCRA"). Because all content on this site is a work of fiction and entertainment with all identifying personal information stripped, it must never be used for any consumer reporting or decision-making purpose.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES: You may not use any content from this website to:

• Assess eligibility for employment, promotion, reassignment, or retention;
• Evaluate tenancy, rental leases, or residential housing applications;
• Determine eligibility for personal credit, mortgages, commercial loans, or insurance;
• Evaluate qualifications for licenses, government benefits, or educational enrollment;
• Conduct background screening for any purpose regulated by the FCRA.

6. Annual Member Pass & Billing Terms

Membership Pricing: Access to the complete searchable database, voiced audio features, and digital editions is provided through the GoToJail Annual Member Pass at the standard rate of $4.99 USD per year.

Annual Renewal: Subscriptions are billed annually on a recurring 12-month cycle. Your payment card will be charged $4.99 on each annual renewal date until you choose to cancel.

Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your annual membership at any time with zero hassle or cancellation fees by submitting our Contact Form or emailing publisher@go-to-jail.com. Upon cancellation, your access remains active through the remainder of the currently paid 12-month period, and no future charges will occur.

Refunds: In accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, because digital access is unlocked immediately upon checkout, all subscription sales are final and non-refundable once digital access is granted.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

All entertainment materials, satirical caricatures, audio files, and text on GoToJail are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall GoToJail, its publishers, creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or interpretation of this entertainment website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
